The Audo x August Sandgren – a new partnership

The philosophy behind The Audo – the idea that one achieves greatness only by sharing—sharing one’s ideas, one’s knowledge, one’s energy, is how August Sandgren himself preferred to work – in partnership.

We are therefore proud to be one of the carefully selected partners when The Audo opens up later this year. The Audo is a place to be with likeminded people, a space to embark on a journey of exploration, uncovering new ways of connecting in a synergy of co-living, co-working and co-designing. At The Audo you will find a restaurant, a café, a library, a shop, a workspace and a hotel.

August Sandgren has made boxes for the space mainly for the restaurant and the hotel rooms. The boxes are made from residual high-quality Sorensen Leather from the production of bespoke DUX beds for each of the hotel rooms. In addition, we have produced a special collection of boxes in the same high-quality Sorensen Leather for the shop, where guests can view and purchase the boxes together with other selected objects.

The Audo will open the doors to the public during 3daysofdesign, where you can visit the space for the first time before it officially opens later this year.
